Fans highly started to demand again for the replacement of Amber Heard with Emilia Clarke.
Since the legal battle between Heard and her ex-husband Johnny Depp, had started people have always been so supportive towards the Pirates of the Caribbean actor and Heard had to face a lot of criticism because of her dramatic behavior not only this but also people started to call her a manipulative bitter ex-wife.
According to the reports of the Marca, fans demanded Warner Bros to fire Amber Heard and cast the game of Thrones actress Emilia Clarke as Mera, for the Aquaman sequel because this role better suits her.
“It’s not just the many different photoshopped images of the Game of Thrones actress flooding the web. The fans are genuinely eager to see her reunite against Jason Momoa, who played her love interest in Game of Thrones.”
The shooting of the DC sequel in which Amber played the role of Mera has finished already and will be hitting the theaters on March, 2023.
In the month of June, the petition to replace Amber Heard with Clarke, from the sequel appeared again right after the final verdict of her blockbuster trial with her ex-husband Johnny Depp.
The Rum Diary star fans set their new goal for the original 2020 petition when the verdict of Jury came in favor of Depp, the petition was already posted first at that time when Johnny Depp was asked to resign from the Fantastic Beast franchise. This petition received 1.5 million signatures back and then again renewed when the court trial of Depp and Heard was going on.
When the Jury announced their verdict the U.K citizen named Jeanne Larson, who created the infamous petition posted a victory update.
“So, while the headlines may be heavily skewed in Heard’s favor, celebrating her $2m win, the truth of the matter is that Johnny is today’s winner, coming out on top with a $15m judgement.”
“It’s high time Johnny is able to vindicate himself, prove that he was the victim in their relationship, and get his reputation back.”
“Now maybe he can carry on with his life getting back to normal. Or as close to it as he can get. Let’s all wish him well and look forward to seeing him in the movies again.”
Recently, many photoshopped pictures of Emilia Clarke made by fans have gone viral on social media where she was shown wearing Mera’s suit while being all red-head with all her scales.

Now fans want the casting directors of the movie to rethink about their decision to stick with Amber Heard for this sequel.

“Emilia Clarke is beautiful, she fits the role better for Aquaman , has better chemistry with Jason Momoa, and doesn’t SH¥T on beds. That’s a plus,” Another tweeted.

We also have no clue what will going to happen but one thing is confirmed people will not leave the topic of Amber Heard’s role until the movie wouldn’t be released.
