She was not joking!
A TikTok user named Kass Theaz who is popular on the social media platform by the username @isatandstared shared with her almost 144K followers that she has sued her parents as they brought her into this world without her consent.
In the video clip, she wrote that when she first posted a video where she revealed that she sued her parents, everyone lost their minds after watching that video. Many people sent her death threats, and others called her insane and heavily criticized her.

Kass who had to face a huge backlash from people told her followers to stay calm because her first video was nothing but just a ‘joke’ and she never sued her parents. But, in reality, it was true and she didn’t only sue her parents but also won the case against them, and received $5000 a month from them.
The video clip went viral after receiving almost 6 million views and a lot of comments, where some people took it as a joke, and others bashed her by calling her a crazy and selfish person.

“This can only happen in The US,” a second added.
“my parents had me without my permission and abused me. how do i go about suing,” another wrote.
“how much does one have to hate his/her/their parents to sue them for this…. I’ll never understand it,” a fourth said.
Theaz who is a self-described lesbian has received a lot of questions from her fans and followers, who didn’t understand her motive behind suing her parents when she also has her own kids.
Then Kass went to her TikTok again to explain that her case is not similar to her parents.
“I mentioned in my last video that I went clothes shopping for my children, and a lot of people are shocked to hear that I have children considering I sued my parents for having me without my permission,” she told.

“So my parents that I sued. They contributed to, you know, conceiving me, and my mother that raised me, she gave birth to me. And that’s why I sued them, because I did not consent to being here, like, I was unaware that I was going to have to grow up and get a job to support myself,” she further added.
According to Kass, her parents didn’t take her consent before bringing her into this world and they should have asked her if she wanted to come to this world and grow up to do a job and to support herself, she also said that she did not do anything wrong.
“And I just didn’t consent to that. They didn’t try to contact me in any way before I was born to see if I actually wanted to be here, and that’s why I sued them.”
While explaining her scenario she revealed that she adopted her children and not delivered them, that’s why her situation is completely different from her parents and she did what she felt was right.
“It’s different when you adopt because it’s not my fault that they’re here. I’m just trying to be a good person and help them out. You know what I mean?” she added.
Her video crossed 3 million views on the social media app, and almost 20K people dropped comments on the video, where half of them again bashed her on the comment section.

“I’m just not sure if she heard herself? the world has gone MAADDD,” someone else wrote.
“How did she win the court… “HEY I DID NOT GIVE PERMISSION TO MY MOM TO GIVE BIRTH TO ME” someone said.
“This has to be a joke if it isn’t, I’m afraid for my future,” another comment read.
