Famous American Television personality and singer named Kimberleigh Marie Zolciak filed for divorce from her husband, Kroy Biermann after twelve years of marriage.
As per the reports of TMZ, Kim listed her separation date from her ex-husband as April 30.
The former Real Housewives of Atlanta star stated her marriage as,
“irretrievably broken with no hope of reconciliation.”
According to the PEOPLE, “Zolciak-Biermann is seeking primary physical custody of their children and joint legal custody; she has also asked for spousal support and the restoration of her maiden name,”
In November 2011, the former couple got married and have four kids together including 11-year-old Kroy Jagger (KJ), 10-year-old Kash, and 9-year-old twins named Kaia and Kane.
After his marriage with Kim, the player adopted her daughters from her past marriage to Daniel Toce.
The news of their split came in between rumors regarding the pair that they were having financial conflicts. In February, the reports showed that their five-bedroom mansion in Georgia is now in ‘foreclosure.’
“An auction of the home was scheduled that month but later canceled by the law office of Brock & Scott, PLLC, ” US Weekly wrote.
“The pair purchased the 6,900-square-foot residence in 2012 for $880,000. The twosome — who wed in 2011 — defaulted on their mortgage payments in August 2022 before Trust Bank began its foreclosure proceedings on the mansion, which is located in the Manor Golf & Country Club in Alpharetta, Georgia. An auction was initially scheduled for March 7.”
But, when the news came in public, her daughters, Brielle and Ariana rejected all the speculations that were running around by saying that you should not believe anything you hear.
“Don’t believe everything you hear,” Ariana gave an interview to TMZ and shared, “Everything is still there. We all live there.”
According to a recent report of publication, the duo owes the IRS over 1 million in taxes, penalties, and Internet from 2013, 2017, and 2018.
In November 2022, she also denied the rumors about her financial condition while showing her house on her Instagram stories. Kim also told her fans and followers that her house was not was not sold and everyone who thought that the news was real would be nothing but an idiot.

While talking with the outlet, the ex-NFL star told that being appeared in reality shows never affect their relationship, and they both were too happy with one another.
“Whether you’re married on camera or a regular person married, I don’t think there’s any difference,” Kroy told. “And I think when things get tough, people don’t want to stay true to their vows and stay true to their partner.”
The 37-year-old athlete added, “They’d rather just say screw it and try it on the next one, but you got to hold true to your promises that you gave that person when you were standing in front of your friends and family.”
