A Brazilian model named Gisele Bündchen has quietly bought an $11 million Miami Beach mansion.
On Thursday, Page Six reported, “It is located directly across the creek from Tom Brady’s pad.”
“The supermodel splurged on a stunning five-bedroom, 6,600-square-foot home that has a nearly direct view of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback’s under-construction manse on Indian Creek Island.”
A source told to the outlet that she first viewed her mansion in the middle of August couple of days before the Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback went on an 11-day break From playing in the NFL
“It was said to be a last-ditch attempt to save their relationship. She closed on the property on Oct. 6.”
“Gisele was actively looking at homes in Miami Beach even before Tom took his break from the NFL, which indicates that she was already done with the marriage and moving on, also reported by Page Six.
In October, it was revealed by another source that the couple finally ended their relationship without any chance to get back together.
“I never actually thought this argument would be the end of them, but it looks like it is. I don’t think there will be any coming back now. They both have lawyers and are looking at what a split will entail, who gets what and what the finances will be.”
The pair got married in February, 2009 and have two children together including 12-year old son named Benjamin Rein and a 9-year-old-daughter named Vivian Lake.
According to the PEOPLE, Gisele was not happy with her ex-husband, Brady’s decision of returning to the Buccaneers.
“She was so happy when he announced his retirement, and she wasn’t thrilled at all when he went back on that.”
On October 28, the former couple ended their 13 years of marriage after finalizing their divorce.
According to the reports Gisele’s recent lodgings are in Surfside, while her ex-husband Brady’s under construction mansion has a waterfront view of Biscayne Bay.
“You could literally swim from Gisele’s place to Tom’s — not that they would — but both homes will include a dock, so it would be very easy for them to co-parent their children while living so close to each other,” the source told Page Six.
“Bündchen’s home sits on an 18,400-square-foot waterfront plot. The property listing states it has soaring 25-foot ceilings, numerous terraces, and views of a wide waterway plus Indian Creek Island. It features five bedrooms and seven bathrooms.”
In the year 2020, the couple purchased almost a $17 million plot of land on Indian Creek Island which is also known as Billionaire Bunker. Brady and Gisele tore down the existing 5,772-square-foot home and started working to build an eco-friendly mansion in it’s place.
After Gisele’s started her environment conservation initiative, the NFL player had also bought a 40-foot avant-garde boat, Viva a Vida in the year 2020.
Some sources reported that recently Brady is in Miami, and spending quality time with his and Gisele’s children while the supermodel is busy in getting her new mansion ready.
“It is believed she will carry out a dramatic renovation of the new Surfside mansion to put it on par with her other properties, which have always been eco-friendly.”
